The sun provides us tirelessly with a great deal of vitamin D (an essential micronutrient needed in small quantities for the proper functioning of metabolism), and great days to be outdoors having fun while getting vitamin D. But the sun also provides us with a great amount of ultraviolet B light (UVB), which is not good for the skin nor eyes. Protect the children and their sensitive skin with the proper sun gear and enjoy fun and nutritious sunny days safely.
