An excersaucer is a play device which has a suspended seat for the baby to sit on and bounce by pushing their little toes on the floor. Playing with toys on an exerciser's activity tray is an excellent way to develop motor skills while staying entertained. Most play saucers can be used with infants as young as 4 months. However, the typical starting age is between 6-7 months.
Baby gyms provide a multitude of great benefits. Besides offering a safe and stimulating area to put your baby down to play on their back, sides, or tummy. They also offer a place in which babies can satisfy their curiosity while training their hand-eye coordination and motor skills. They usually incorporate toys that rattle or play music that will grab your baby's attention and teach them to move their gaze to find the source of the noise.
