As safety is always our top priority, our Evolve 3-in-1 Bouncer Toy Bar was designed to break away from the bouncer to ensure that children could never be lifted or carried in the product. To ensure the design works effectively as a safety feature, there may be some slight variation in the fitment to the product. If you find that the fit of the toy bar to the bouncer frame is too loose, small simple adjustments can be made by bending the ends of the toy bar slightly closer together. Please always make sure to never lift or carry baby in the bouncer at any point in time, no matter how secure the attachment may feel.

To qualify for a full refund, the items must be in new, unused condition with their original packaging, and you'll need to present the online store receipt. Gifts and promotional sale items can be exchanged within 30 days from the day the purchaser receives the merchandise. If you receive a gift from someone else, the countdown starts from the day you receive the product.
