Phil & Teds Most Excellent Buggy Company is a New Zealand based company that started in the early 1990s. The original concept buggy was created by Phil & Ted Green who now run the Adventure Buggy Company; however there is no further association between the two companies.
The buggies have been available from outside of New Zealand since 1996 when they began selling in Europe, then the USA and Australasia.

The Phil and Ted’s Cocoon fits inside the E3 or the Sport Buggy and allows you to lift baby out of the stroller without disturbing them. It can also be used as a bassinette without the stroller. It has a sturdy, hard bottom that is thickly padded and a soft, cushy inside. There are 2 zippers that open it up fully and make it easy to get baby in and out. The dual carry handles make it easy to carry.
