Upon delivery of your item, you have up to 30 days to return the product you purchased from TJ'sKids.com via a shipping carrier of your choice for a full refund. Items that are returned must be in new condition, with original packaging and sent with the Internet Store Receipt. TJ'sKids.com does not refund any shipping charges. All shipping charges are to be paid by the consumer, unless otherwise stated.
We care about our customers' health. Due to the hygenic nature of the following products, they are all sold as FINAL SALE. If you require return or replacement of any of these types of products, you will have to deal with the manufacturer directly, as we cannot, under any circumstance, accept these types of products back into our system:
- Feeding products (bottles, pacifiers, sterilizers, etc)
- Cosmetics (baby shampoo, lotions, etc)
- Breast pumps, breast shields & related parts.
- Bathing products (bath tubs, bath aids, etc)
- Diapers and diapering goods
- Toilet goods and potty training goods
The above list are FINAL SALE DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE GOODS. Any of the aforementioned items WILL NOT be accepted for return at the retail stores or online.

- Are prices on the TJ'sKids.com website the same as in the TJ's retail stores?
Prices between the TJ'sKids.com website sometime differ from the TJ's retail stores. This is because we can offer certain sales discounts to our online customers that we are not always able to provide in the retail locations.

- What methods of payment do you accept online?
At TJ'sKids.com we accept Visa and MasterCard. If you do not want to use your credit card online, we will accept Canadian money orders issued by Canada Post or a financial institution of your choice. Money order funds must be sent in Canadian currency.

- What methods of payment do you accept in the retail stores?
In the retail stores, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash, debit cards and TJ's Gift Cards. We do not accept personal cheques or forms of payment other than what is listed above.

- What taxes do I have to pay when I make an online purchase? (Canadian buyer)
Canadian customers are subject to all Canadian taxes that are required to be paid in your province. If you are in BC, we will charge you all applicable taxes.

We do not charge taxes on any items shipped to the USA . Although, we do forward all charges for duty or customs that may be incurred in transit to the consumer. Also, certain products may be subject to customs or taxes being due upon arrival.

Gift certificates are currently not available online, however they are available in-store in any amount.

Of course we can. Most items that are currently not in stock can be special ordered. If the item is discontinued, we will let you know, and have it removed from the website.

- Where will you ship items to?
Currently TJsKids.com will only ship within Canada and to the United States.
Sorry, but we currently are not accepting any international orders online. If you require shipping to another country, please contact our sales department and we will be happy to ship as long as you can arrange all shipping and insurances. All payments must be made by wire transfer or money order. TJ's will not be responsible for products shipped internationally.

- Does TJ's the Kiddies Store offer price matching or price protection?
Yes. In our retail stores, we will match prices of other retail stores. To recieve a price match on any in-stock item, the following criteria must be met:
- Retailer must have the item currently in stock.
- Customer must provide proof of lower price with one of the following:
- Written Quote on company letterhead.
- Flyer
- Reciept
- Offered price must be available in-store, no internet pricing will be matched.
- Competing store must be a "brick-and-mortar" retail store. No online stores will be matched.
- Price protection will be offered for no more than 14 days from the day of purchase.
- TJ's is not responsible to aquire any information to meet above requirements.
- Customers who are looking for a price match or price protection credit must provide all required information.
- TJ'sKids.com does not offer any price matching or price protection to other stores or websites. Prices are as posted.

- I lost my receipt! What can I do?
Don't worry, we can find your sales receipt for you. Online customers need to contact our online sales department at sales@tjskids.com. Retail store customers should contact the location where you purchased your product from. You can find a list of our retail locations by clicking here.
Lookups for lost receipts are subject to a fee of $10.00. As older receipts are sent for archiving, please allow for up to 10 business days for receipt retrieval. We cannot retrieve receipts that are older than 7 years.

- What methods do you ship by?
TJSKids.com currently uses UPS and Canada Post for most shipments. Shipments to remote regions or oversize shipments may also be made some common carrier of our choice. For local orders, we offer free pickup at all of our locations. Click here for a list of store locations. As our head office is based in Vancouver, BC, we also offer local delivery in Greater Vancouver area. If none of the above shipping methods will apply to your location, please contact our service representatives at sales@tjskids.com to discuss other shipping options.
