Unlike using just an ice cube tray you just puree your food and leave it in the cubes. No having to get it out and put the food in baggies. Just defrost each cube when you need it and serve! Great size and I just upped it to two when my son got a little older. So much cheaper than buying jarred food and better for babies. Definitely recommend this item!
